Terms & Conditions

1. Play The Simple Game competition available at http://game.fifaworldcup.philips.com between 1^st April 2006 until 30^th June 2006 (inclusive) to win 2 tickets to the Final of the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany™. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. All you need to do is complete all six levels of the game until you reach the simulated World Cup™ Final. If you score a goal in the final, you will then be entered automatically into a prize draw to win 2 tickets to the Final of the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany™, airline tickets from any major international airport from any country in the world and a four star hotel in Berlin (based on 2 people sharing), for five days over the course of the final. No other costs will be covered by the Promoter other than those stated above. Airport transfers and transportation to the sports arena are specifically not included as part of the prize.
2. The winner will be selected by a draw to take place on 30^th June 2006. The judges' decision is final. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone and the name of the winner may be made generally available on the Promoter's website. The Promoter may also make the name and country of the winner available to the public on request [and will have the right to require the winner to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion without further payment].
3. When notified of the win, the winner must supply the Promoter with the full name, address, date of birth, passport number, issuing country and nationality details for them and their guest in order for the travel documentation and tickets to be issued.
4. Entrants may not be employees of Philips or Tribal DDB London (or their families) or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
5. Winners and their guests must be available to travel during July 2006 and must have a valid passport covering the duration of their travel with no other restriction on their ability to attend. If the winner is under 18, the other ticket holder must be their legal guardian. Winners must also arrange their own travel insurance - this is not included in the prize.
6. There is no cash alternative and prizes are not transferable. Photographic identification will be required in order to enter the sports arena in Berlin; any ticket holder who is not the named winner or his/her guest will be denied entry.
7. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel or modify the competition without prior notice, if in its discretion, the competition is not capable of being conducted as planned. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes listed above with prizes of equal or greater value. The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant which it suspects of foul play.
9. The Promoter excludes all liability for any airline or other delays that may cause the winner and his/her guest to miss the Final of the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany™ and excludes all other liability connected to or arising out of the prize to the fullest extent permissible by law and all warranties and undertakings implied by law are expressly excluded.
10. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
